Hey guys,

I can't find any stats on online businesses anywhere.

Do you know how many new businesses are started started online each month or each year?

the net 'turns over' at the rate of once every 16 months. (Or so I heard).

Except it's worse for blogs (I hear... darn wish I had some percents!)
200 million started a year, 198 million listed as inactive* a year

*not posted to in 6 months

Don't worry about it Sean, there are such a wide variety of businesses on the net, it doesn't make them your competition, up untill about 9 months ago, I didn't even know what internet marketing was, but this isn't my first online business, I was (and still am) dealing with physical products.

Bottom line is, there could be over 10 million people earning a full time living on the internet, it doesn't make them your competition
