Does anyone know of a registration form that will give a confirmation code?

I am looking for a utility, program, etc. that will allow a visitor to register on my site with their name and email address and then spit back a confirmation/registration code after they hit submit. Each registration would get a different code.

The code can either be sent to their email or appear on screen.

Anybody know of anything?

Please share if you do.

      I want visitors to register with their conbtact info, receive a registration number/validation code - call it whatever. And then print the page with the code and bring to brick and mortar store to redeem for a free gift.

      It would work great for something I want to do.

      Got the idea from Walmart. On my receipt, I was entitled to a $10 gift card, but I had to log on and register. I got a code back, wrote it down and when I go back to the store with the code, I get the $10 card.
