If you have enough cash.

If you have a solid business plan and really know what your doing. It must be possible to outsource almost every task, if not all.
There so many warriors offering their services, and they cover the complete spectrum of Internet marketing needs.
I wonder if anyone has built a complete team around them just using the warrior forum.

I'd be interested in that myself ... although the people who have the skills cost a heapload of cash just like in real life. But yeah, if I HAD the cash and the business plan ... I don't think I would just build a team solely based on warriors, maybe outsource a few things but you want to have a big part of your core-team in-house if possible.

Why just Warriors? Don't get me wrong some are excellent but it's not the end all of outsourcing. +++ Many warriors are marketers as well. If they see your niche doing really well.......i do not think they'll be happy just to be your "little worker" I.M.H.O.

very interesting. Are there any services like this out on the net that are worth the money? I'm talking services where a staff is already trained to send all the free marketing I want to my website? I'm lazy and don't want to do this myself any longer.

Yes. I don't do it since I am not yet cash-rich. But it has been talked about in Warrior Forum in other contexts and I am sure there are Warriors who do this.

It is possible to outsource tasks, but If I had enough cash I'd set up a small corporation with 5-10 people coming to an office to work on stuffs so I can micromanage everything. I wouldn't outsource to random people over the net in different places, because you never know the real quality of the work and I like to have control over things.

From experience, control (or the need for it) can be a serious productivity killer

After selling my first startup some years back I had the crazy idea that the way to go was to be a 'proper' business with Offices and Staff. To cut a long story short, it was a case of the "grass been greener on the other side" as hired staff come with their own problems entirely (from major issues such as running payroll and adhering to relevant law through to minor but annoying things such as petty theft, absences, replacing people on maternity leave etc).

We now have an established bricks and mortar business, in addition to our online startup where all staff are full time freelancers and they both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Strangely, we get a higher quality of output from the outsourcers who we never see or have to directly manage. I assume it's because they're paid for output and not time and by definition have the 'task ownership' qualities that most self employed people have.

My two cents - if you build a team of more than 4 freelancers, spend the extra on a freelance project manager to relieve potential headaches!!!

I agree that creating a team of warriors would probably be an amazing idea, however if the niche was good you'd probably have your team quickly go out on their own so for me it's probably not a good long term plan. I actually like to buy programs and then teach that to my outsourced team, or better yet just give them the program and have them learn it and implement it for me.

Marketers (I'm one so please I don't mean any offense) are opportunistic and they would eventually take advantage of you. You need 'non' entrepreneurial types to work for you so they stay loyal and keep your company rolling.

What would be really cool is if a whole bunch of warriors got together and started a project together and then split the proceeds. So as an example if a whole bunch of warriors built an amazing weight loss site and made millions then just gave anyone a piece of the action who worked on the project.
