what's the best ONE site to bookmark & ping?

hi,

i want to start bookmarking & pinging all my articles, etc...

1) What's the best 1 social bookmarking site to bookmark? (i have used digg but want to hear your opinions)
2) What's the best pinging tool to ping? (personally, i have used pingler)

3) What's the BEST paid or free software that you have used to do the above? i am thinking about getting bookmarking demon...any other suggestions?

PS...my team does this...is there a way to change up IP address every minute or so? i dont know how to do it and would like to buy a software that does it easily.

    I use Big Mikes RSS Bot from Icansoft to ping all my articles and sites. It is very easy to set up and I get it to ping to over 20 RSS sites

    Pingomatic is a great one stop pinger. It pings all the top (and current) sites available.
    And no software is required. Just enter you url, and hit the ping button. Then bookmark the page to to your favorites to do it again whenever you want.

    Exactly, Pingomatic is my choice also. Very easy to use (you'll learn it in less than a minute) and quick also.
