Broadcasting a Live Workshop or Seminar to Paid Members?

Besides offering physical seats at a seminar....I'm thinking of offering virtual seats at a reduced price.

How does one go about streaming/broadcasting a live, paid workshop seminar over the internet to paid members?

Has anyone ever accomplished this?

    Think you can use ustream.com and figure a way to
    use a gateway to pass through first

    Can use GoToWebinar.com or GoToMeetings.com if you wanted to
    do the same but from a desktop application

    Record it and place it on your site with a gateway

    Am sure others have some input

    You can even do it on UStream. I know a successful marketer who makes almost as much from people watching at home as he does from the people in the seats.
