How to give 100% commission to affiliates?

I have a product and I want to give 100% 'commission' to my affiliates.

How can I set this up so that payments directly go to my affiliate's paypal?

Or just get their paypal account and simply create a paypal button where the money just goes directly into their account. Sometimes $7 script can become pretty unreliable (especially with the IPN and all that stuff)
