Countdown Timer script or code

Hey guys,

I've been trying to look for a code (or script) that I can put on a site that counts down from and to

XX days XX hours XX minutes XX seconds

I tried some codes and even Flash scripts, but for some reason they didn't appear correctly, or at least as nice as I wanted it to.

Know which site or where I can just extract to get the code? In fact, if it's just text, all the better, no need Flash countdown :-)

    I don't know how the free ones work, so I can't say. I just needed something fast and found that one for 17 bucks, so I bought it ... works fine.
