Flipping is a Very Profitable Business.

I know some are like ... "Duh!" I am not sure why it took me so long but I have just realized that flipping can be a nice monthly supplemental bit 'o bank.

I also noticed that sites that have the following are VERY fast sellers:

1. Adsense income (most people are moved by "passive income")
2. Traffic comes from Google not PPC

    Oh, absolutely! I saw a site sell for $300 a couple of weeks ago at Flippa that was only making about $7/month in Adsense income. That's it! The two big selling points are passive income as you mentioned, and a good domain name.

      Right on. That is exactly what I did. I was able to sell a site for about 22 x monthly revenue as it was making the passive change and the domain name was a winner.
