Secret To Online Success

Hey Warriors,

I looked in my inbox as usual saw close to 20,000 messages with different promotions and pitches, doesn't bother me to see all of those emails. I clicked on one of them then saw a nice long video on a particular marketing business model and I almost decided to make a purchase, but decided not to do it.

As marketers we are always hit hard with new promotions, tools, techniques and the new way to make money online, this can create tons of information overload for the newcomers, but I wasn't bothered at all.

The point of this post is to let you know that there is a secret to becoming success online, and that is to become DAMN good at one marketing method, I chose PPC over 3 years ago and It has opened many doors for me. Do not become a jack of all trades, become a master of one method, keep working on your skill and you can use it to make in your business.

You can become a master of press releases
you can become a master of article writing
you can become a master of conversions
you can try to become a master copywriter
you can become a master at creating websites
you can become a master at creating graphics
you can become a master programmer

This post can make you a success, learn one tool and become the master of it and it will take care of you and your online career!

Cheers,
Magic

    Hey Magic,

Thanks for a great post. I think I am like too many other beginners and take on too much at one time.

I am thinking of one particular area now and will soon embark on that project.

        I like your post.

It reminds me how Subaru became a very respected company after only deciding to focus on All Wheel Drive niche and giving up sedans already shared by Toyota, Nissan and Honda in Japan.

    That's interesting.

It's completely different to my secret to online success.

I consider all of those things as just optional additions to my businesses and not actually important in their own right.

I see them as tools - which need to be used on my business, rather than areas of focus in themselves.

For some of my businesses none of them are relevant and for others one or more may be the focus of what's required.

I don't care about any of them for their own sake - they're all just as important as how much they fit with the business I'm using them on.

It's interesting to see someone position them as business areas of excellence in their own right.

Since they can all be outsourced - I don't see how having a focus on one or the other makes sense.

Why not just use them all as appropriate?

It has been proven that folks that stay with one method/business model have been and are making nice minthly incomes from their traits. That one fella that blogs and earns close to 6 figures a month "Yaro" is a prime example, he is a master blogger and blogging is his domain and money pit.

I also do see where you are coming from Andy, outsourcing is great and even I use it here and there but being skilled in one marketing method or business model can bring a lifetime of income for those that master their traits.

    Cheers,

While it's true that becoming an expert and charging for your time and skills is the usual way of earning a crust - I'm not sure that mastering one marketing technique is the secret to success since you only earn money based on how you use the skill/technique rather than by virtue of having one.

I've spent 10 years becoming an expert in all of these areas and have found that it's much easier to make money by letting others do them while I leverage their skills for my business.

My graphics guy can earn $1000 for 2 days working for me - but I then make much more from using the work he's done for me.

You could say he was successful, but that doesn't mean he's found the secret since I'll make more than him for the same work and I didn't even need to do it.
