Site flippers - how would you sell a nice profitable website?

I've got a site that drives between 300-500 unique visitors today that generates anywhere from $350-650/mo.

I'd like to sell this site...what is the best way to go about doing that?

What do you suppose I could get or I should ask for it?

Thanks for any and all help!

I would sell this site on Flippa.com, you're going to get the best price there.

I would simply list those stats, and give a reason why you're selling. You don't need much salescopy as your screenshots and the stats Flippa gathers about the site will do the talking for you.

Assure the buyer that you will assist them in setting up the site and transferring everything.

I would start the auction off at $650 with a Buy-It-Now of $4,500-$5,500. Also, I personally wouldn't have a reserve as this will increase the bids.

Throw in some bonuses like telephone coaching to help them get going and or a PDF marketing plan that details how they can grow the site even more.

You should be able to fetch that BIN price no problem.

Why should you listen to me? Well, I'm an experienced site flipper who sells out of everything I put up. PROOF: http://www.warriorforum.com/search.php?searchid=3842908

    Hello,
I would recommend doing some research on flippa. Just click in a few pages into flippa, you can go into the "just sold" section. After you go in a few pages you will see search features on the left. Click "net profit" and enter your amounts. Then go down a little and choose auction types "won" and then click update search and you will see just what people are getting for their sites that are making your income range. You can do a lot of research on flippa.

Oh I don't know maybe you can start a thread in the ever popular WF main forum and act like you do not know what everyone that posts these threads already knows: Flippa or WF PAID website flipping forum is the place to sell your websites.

Well it's a nice site to start with. Sites with income should do well. I would set the payment option to escrow.com rather than Paypal to avoid problems. Someone said to have no reserve, but I would be afraid to list a valuable site with no reserve.

Flippa is your best bet to get what it's worth.
