What is your biggest time suck?

Just wondering what task you spend the most time on which you don't enjoy doing. Mine is just managing employees since I run a service based business and I don't like having to constantly solve employees problems. I've recently taken the approach of trying to get them to solve their own problems which has resulted in two really successful situations and a third which ended up costing me 3 grand (long story).

Anyhoozle, just would like to hear about other peoples experiences.

Researching material that I could use in creating reports and ebooks. I have fun, but tend to lose a lot of time.

Am beginning to think that this is just a way to procrastinate.

Anyhow, that's my biggest time suck.

With leechblock you can set the password to something you don't know so you can't edit it while blocked.

However, you could probably just uninstall it if you wanted to. At the very least, its a useful program to keep you AWARE of where you're wasting time. It's always up to you to actually adhere to changes you want to make.

Lots of things, probably, but I'm pretty certain that I spend far too long looking for images. 'The one that will do' is usually more than acceptable, but I want 'the one that will do better', and when I find it I'm still convinced that 'the one that will do perfectly' is out there somewhere and that I'll find it if I just click around for a bit longer. A lot of the time I never get further than 'the one that will do' anyway, and have to settle for that - about half an hour's worth of looking after I first found the thing. I would also install rescuetime as it will literally show you how much time you spend on youtube or facebook every day. It's horrifying once you get your analytics back that first week.

I'm starting to finally manage my time sucking, time wasting, no production things which includes:
    1) Endlessly checking the SERP rankings for my sites multiple times per day
    2) Checking my Adsense earnings several times per day
    3) Checking in on new forum posts here and at 2 other forums
    4) Checking and reading email that wastes my time and doesn't earn me any money but I find myself doing it anyway

You could say I am addicted to these useless time sucks but am aggressively trying to wean myself off!!
