Use blogs to drive sign-ups

Hey Warriors,

This is simple but not easy. This is my main strategy:

1. Use a blog to dominate 4 keywords
2. Use SEO tactics to rank high in Google
3. Have multiple ways for a reader to sign-up to your list. (A sign-up box in the right-hand corner, banner ads, ads in your blog posts etc)
4. REMOVE ADSENSE! You don't want to give the reader any other option except to either read your posts or become a subscriber.

When you master 1 blog then move on to the next. This can take quite some time depending on your experience, team size and motivation.

I know this may sound crazy but check this out:

10 sign-ups per day per blog
100 blogs
= 1000 sign-ups per day
If the lifetime conversion of your customer is 2.5% on all of your products that would be 25 sales per day.
If the lifetime gross revenue of each prospect is $77 then that would be $1925/day or over a $700, 000 business.

If you have a big enough team I believe this is totally doable.

    I somehow doubt you can get enough traffic to very long tail keywords to convert to 10 signups per day. Also, if you use different niches you may run out of ideas till you get to 100 blogs, not to speak that you need to rank no 1-3 to get anything and that's not 5 minute work.

      I think it can be done. We currently have only 1, 000 unique hits a month via search engines and we are getting an average of 50-60 sgn-ups per month.

      We also have contests and giveaways on our blog to promote sign-ups.
