Internet Marketing Easy vs Internet Marketing Efforts

I hear people here say Internet Marketing is easy, I would agree.

What I see mixed up is people thinking that easy means no work or instant results WRONG!!!!!

The process to make money online is not a hard one (hence easy). However that same process does take a lot of time, effort and energy. It can take years of doing easy stuff to make real money online.

So next time you hear it is easy to make money, they are not lying to you. They are forgetting to tell you the time involvement and dedication to the task.

    Agreed. It's easy, but it's not as easy as watching TV

    It's just easier than a majority of other methods of making money.

    I don't think most marketers are forgetting to mention the dedication. I think most buyers are forgetting to actually heed this message. I know I add an extensive section to all my products about the dedication and easy work required, but still get complaints that they didn't make a living within a week.

      I totally agree. It's like my mom used to tell me when we were little and asked for help with our homework "If you are hot, I can lead you to water, but I can not make you get into the water. I can give you a glass of water if you are thirsty but I can not make you drink it. Therefore, I can teach you how to solve the problem, but I WILL NOT do it for you or force you do it."

      We can teach people how to make money online and explain to them the best way to make money, but if they do not put it into practice, our efforts are to no avail. Most people expect success to fall from the sky!!!

    ... When you compare it to building a brick-and-mortar business or corporation that would afford you the same income potential.

    ...When you compare it to working in a company such as the above and rising to the top management where the real dough is made.

    ... and so on.

    People just need to understand that it takes a huge investment of time and dedication to really make a living with IM

      The buyers focused on seeing us that are doing extremely well and not the work to there.

      True, I dont have cable, so for me its harder to watch TV, I gotta go to some else's place......all kidding a side, good point.

      This is also why it is easier to fail and you have to learn to master failure.

    We live in a materialistic lazy world where everyone wants it now without putting in any effort. On the plus side that creates a constant market to those that are prepared to put the effort in and know what they are doing.

      You are so right! Everyone wants it now but do not want to work for it. For me i don't call internet marketing work, it's not a job. Some people like to go fishing and some like to play video games, i like to do internet marketing. If it's something you like doing you don't see it as working. And I'm not even successful at this yet, just about making enough to pay a few bills each month but love the buzz of figuring out how it all fits together.

    IM is easy as long as people know how to go about it. Many people just read 'how I made such and such in just a short amount of time' and think that by just buying a product they'll make that much too.

    What they don't know is that there's a lot of stuff they have to UNDERSTAND and put into practice to really succeed.
