Please help - Cannot acccess site

Hi, Please help me with this issue.
I suddenly cannot access my site, not even the wp-admin. After doing everything I could, I used a proxy and was able to access the site, but the connection was slow. I have no clue how I can get access to the site.

No browser on my computer can access it. I think my site could be accidentally banned but from where? from who? how do I fix it?

thanks a bunch in advance.

It could just be your host server is down. What is the website?

I can try to load it if you wish and tell you the results..

Are there any errors on the page when you visit or is it just a "connection cannot be established"?

What hosting do you have? Some hosts have an automatic script that blocks your IP address based on unusual activity. This has happened to me many times. Other people can see the site, but I can't.

The solution is to open a ticket or , some hosts have an automatic way to unblock your own IP Address.

I might also add, you can test your site from various other locations by going here:

That will tell you if others can see it or not.

Yeah, sounds like your IP address has been blocked. Your site comes up fine for me.

I'd follow Scott's advice, as I've encountered similar issues with client sites and the hosting they were using at the time had increased its security at the server level, which caused that client's sites to not come up at all.

My IP isn't blog, with the host we did a few things but still nothing. if anyone has any idea i'd really appreciate. If it comes back up for me I'll let you know and if i know what made it show I'll share.

I have the feelings I am not going to know what made it come back up. i'll go work on other sites and pray they don't play hide and seek with me as well. don't know what else i can do for now

thanks guys for being so helpful

I am finally able to access the site and i have no idea what fixed it. right before it came up I had ran out of option and didn't do anything else. I hate this, maybe it was trying to tell me to go take a break.

          thanks again for helping

Not sure if this is the problem for you, but the security provided by my ISP was blocking some of my new sites. I had to turn off the "fraud protection" part of the security suite and then I was able to access the sites. Apparently my ISP automatically blocks new sites because they aren't "trusted."

I don't know, I never had this problem before. I'll keep this in mind and hopefully I won't have this issue again.
