Where do these Twitter + Facebook redirect links go to ?

These pages at the bottom of this link, the Twitter + facebook, where do they go to? (as they keep freezing on my browser)

Do they go to your facebook + Twitter Username profile?
or a 'shar this message page' which Jeff had created?

or some other page?

I am asking this as it is somthing i wish to do, but need to know where the facebook + twitter redirects are actually going.

I want to know how I can use this exact same method to spread my Squeeze page via facebook + Twitter, can you advise how.

      but how would i do it? would they have to be logged on to Twitter + facebook via a redirect?

      can somebody do a simple model with arrows for using this method,,
