Twitter support experience!

Does any body know-what happened to the twitter support?

It is not working at all. When I submitted some support tickets ,all were automatically closed without any answer.I was told something like
"This request has been deemed solved Apr 12"


Please share your experience and suggestions.

    I don't know about the Twitter support but as far as your experience goes, it's possible that they are confusing your account with another one.

    Did you have another account with the same IP address?

    Try logging out and doing a refresh on your browser.

    Log back in and try the support again.

      Thanks for the suggestive reply .No,I don't have another account with the same IP address and I did everything you said,but nothing is working. Perhaps it is their technical problem.
