A tool for MANUAL article rewriting/spinning?

Hey guys, my first post here, just joined the forums.

I've been using Free Traffic System to build backlinks, rewriting the article and adding spin tags manually. However, I just realized that I would probably get higher quality backlinks if instead of those blogs in the system I would post on article directories.

What I'd like to do is use a free article directory submitter (like Free Article Submission, which I recently discovered), but feed the content into it from another tool where I can add in spin tags and the tool generates new copies of the article, exactly like FTS.

So I don't mean something that replaces words with synonyms, but where I do the rewriting myself sentence by sentence, and it just generates new versions based on my input.

It should be a simple enough task, but I cannot find anything on the forums. Any ideas?

    Most spinners i have used are dreadful, especially those automated/semi-automated ones, or that convert to another language and back.... stick well clear.....

    With that said "the best spinner" does a good job and its all manual; after highlighting a word or phrase you will get a thesaurus type list of words/phrases that other people have used - if none match then you can add your own to the list.

    Once you've done this o your article, you have a spin tab that will generate a new one each time you ask it too.

    It takes some time and you can probably do it in a similar timescale by hand, although this might be me not fully used to it yet. The only catch is $77/year which is ok, if you get the use out of it / value for money.

    Thanks for the answers. What I forgot to say which could be inferred indirectly is that it I'm looking for a FREE tool.

    I actually found what I'm looking for almost immediately after asking, so I feel a bit dumb. It's JetSpinner, which is free, and it's exactly what I'm looking for - I write the spin text myself, don't even use the thesaurus. So if anyone's reading this thread looking for an answer..

    However, now I do need to find a free article submitter, if there is such a thing. I discovered that posting the articles manually is a whole lot of manual labor.
