CRM Solution Suggestion?

Hi,

I'm evaluating CRM options for a client and looking into Zoho / Salesforce - but I've also heard of Highrise and InfusionSoft as possible CRMs as well.

Would be interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on what you guys think will be a good solution based on the following requirements:

- Notification or Scheduler that reminds for next task or follow up
- Definable Action Categories (ie. 1st Phone Call, Follow Up Call, etc)
- Integration with Autoresponder of choice
- Integration with MS Outlook

Or any other pros or cons of one vs the other based on what you guys are using.

    Hi Rabeeha,

    I use Infusionsoft and it will do all that you've mentioned
    and more.

    You can set criteria for what subscriber or customer actions
    intiate particular follow-up sequences online and offline.

    Infusionsoft already comes with it's own autoresponder that
    is very sophisticated and makes list segmentation a breeze
    so you can send the right message to the right people and
    miss the rest.

    And Infusionsoft integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook.
    This is a cool feature because if a customer or subscriber
    contacts me via standard e-mail, I can keep a record of that
    within Infusionsoft on their particular contact record.

    That said, Infusionsoft is not perfect and for some people it
    can be overwhelming - especially the technical side. This can
    of course be outsourced if necessary.

    However, in the hands of a sophisticated marketer Infusionsoft
    is a powerful tool and that's why you see a lot of the top-tier
    marketers using it.
