Pricing domain?

Inputs:
Website with only 1 page of contents makes ~400+ EUR in affiliate commissions per month promoting 1 ecommerce software product developed by European company. Purely organically, fully automatically.
Domain name contains "buyable" keywords related to online commerce, hence it's success.
Current conversion rate: ~3%,
Current passive income: ~400 EUR/mo
Current Google rank: PR4

Possible extra potentials:
  • Attract more traffic by putting more contents beyond 1 silly page.
  • Promoting similar ecommerce products from the same niche.
  • Develop and sell own product from the same niche
  • Use PPC to attract more traffic
  • Use other means to attract more traffic.
How much would it be sellable for?

    Depends on how long it has been around and making money, how much traffic it is getting, if it is expanding/contracting/flat, if it appears the market may dry up for the product, etc...

    Without any other info and if I had to guess, I would say 3-4x monthly earnings. So, 1200-1500 EUR or so.

    Thanks Mike.
    I h=guess that would be the market view on it. There are more potentials to develop it on it's own, it's just i am not that inspired to get into that niche.
    I'll let it pay few of my bills for now
