I found this very useful, you might as well.

Niche Generator with Industry Research and Niche Market Data!

It's a complete internet marketing/business website which works well with discovering niches to get into and exploring them further.

You can click generate an idea to get a random niche with some information.
Everything else is pretty self explanatory.
