List building vs Product reviews

Hi warriors, I want to know what you guys and gals think is better between building a list and using a product review.

I am trying to promote a tinnitus cure ebook on clickbank but was wondering if building a list will be better than product reviews.

I have had so much success with product reviews but feel like changing my strategy or combine them.

Edit : I don't want to start another thread for this. I will also like to know if 10 newsletters is good enough for a list.

Building a list is ALWAYS the best option. However, the best option would be:

List Building + Product Reviews (rather than vs.)

    And here's how...

Find something that people who would be interested in buying a tinnitus cure ebook
would be interested and create a short, free report on it. Try your best to make it as
relevant as possible to the product.

Set up a squeeze page and give away that report. Promote the heck out of your squeeze page to get as many people downloading that report as possible.

You can either set up a follow-up series that provides useful advice and then
promotion (I always go with the two helpful emails for every one promotional email...
    that works the best).

Anyway, that whole process is described in GREAT detail in the free report in my signature.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi,

Product reviews are considered "content" and is very important in your internet marketing plan to build your list. Product reviews content writing is usually done with the intentions of building your list. Although you have had success with product reviews historically do not limit yourself to just one tactic. Regardless what tactic you use your goal should be creating the product review with the "intentions" of building your list. Building your list should not be considered as optional or comparative, it must be considered as "PRIORITY".

    Thanks

Make a review page WITH a list builder on it.

Never pass on an opportunity where each potential customer could be collected and put into a list for future reference!
