How to sell a site on Flippa

Hi warriors,
zeze here...

I have a couple of sites that I want to sell on Flippa. These are both wordpress sites. I was wondering if anyone has an idea how to sell sites on flippa and how to transfer the domain and wordpress blog etc.

    To sell is simple, you just have to put up a sales letter that describes what your site is about. It is the sales letter that will help convice prospective buyer into buyer.

    How to transfer the domain and blog is easy, but explain it here will take forever, just do a google search and you will know how.

    Assuming under $500 each here.

    run auction.
    email winner.

    invoice winner on paypal w/ unbreakable wording: "transfer of xxx domain to yyy account at zzz registrar, plus zip of site files, and database backup via ftp.

    winner pays via paypal.
    you give ftp link to site backup
    you transfer domain.

    seller downloads site backup and sets up site on own hosting.

    finis.

    It all depends on whether or not you have a reseller acct or not. For some time I had the Hostgator Baby Croc hosting acct with all my sites on one cpanel and it was a pain in the neck. Now that I have a reseller acct. all of my sites have their own cpanels so all I have to do is send the ftp info over to the buyer ... done.
