Thesis Upgared to 1.7

Can anyone help me? I have upgraded one of my sites today from Thesis 1.6 to 1.7. I followed the instructions of the upload site and copied over the custom file.

When I re-imported this file and ran the new theme, I got an error message stating that I needed to change the file permission of the file layout.css.

When I returned to the directories I did not have this file in my custom folder. I have subsequently updated this site and re-instated all my settings but I have another 2 sites to do, can anyone advise as I have looked at my other sites and do not have the layout.css file in my custom folder.

    For Thesis 1.7, the thesis_17 zip file then opens up into
    thesis_17. Inside that folder is a folder called custom-sample.
    Layout.css is in there.

    Re-name the custom-sample folder to custom.

    Set the permissions of layout.css to 666.

    Have you followed the instructions within the Thesis
    members area?

      The instructions state that you do not change the custom-sample folder when changing from 1.6 to 1.7. Even on the training video it states the same, unless I am having one of my dyslexic moments and have miss read.

      No I have just reviewed the training video and it is as I thought.

    Had t6he answer through Thesis forum thanks for you help...

    I had not copied over the layout.css file to the custom file when I upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6 hence there was my problem. I now know for my other sites...
