How much can you sell a website with page rank 2?

Hi, I was wondering how much can you sell a website with page rank 2? Its an luxury replica phone site, and about 4 months old with page rank 2? Can someone give me approxiamate idea? Should I sell it? It gets about 50 unique search engines visits a day..Thanks..

    I have a PR2 "Obama" site (autoblog) which got 2400 uniques this month. If i look on flippa, similar sites go for $250. I would NEVER sell that site for so little money.

    But, it really depends, there is a rule to take your monthly income from the site, multiply by 12...to get an idea what you could sell it for.

    My guess is that nobody is going to give you a direct answer here (at least not the one you're looking for) unless there is someone who sold the exact same time of site with the same ranking as you... and happens to stumble upon this thread.

    I suggest you go to the various website marketplaces, and take a look at other sites that are similar to yours, with the same rankings and stats... that's probably your best bet.
