GetResponse Statistics. How good is this?

Yesterday, I suddenly remembered that I have a small dead email campaign inside my getresponse account. That's my 1st & the last email campaign that I have. It is about 6 months back. It was not continued because I was very busy in day life.
I checked the statistics. It has 82 leads, followed up in a total of 11 issues of newsletter, with a total of 975 emails sent, 636 emails ever opened, and 595 clicks.
The click through rate is 595/975*100% = 61%
This seems too good to be true! Could you guys share a little bit on the CTR get with newsletters in your campaign?
I used a free PLR to lured the leads. The traffic source is the content network of Google adwords.
