Clickbank Help Needed - Can't Find Refund Page

I bought a Clickbank product last night, software to convert documents to text files (hint) but from the go it doesn't work on my laptop.

I don't have a lot of time to waste trying to get it working, so I want a refund but cannot pin down the exact page on Clickbank to do so.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Ps If someone does know of a program free or relatively cheap I'd appreciate information on that also.
