Ebook Copyrite and Disclaimer.. Whats Best?

I have written an ebook that I plan to give away to people who opt in to one of my lists.

I notice that most ebooks/reports have a note that no part of the document may be resold, reproduced etc. Since I do have affiliate links in the report the more people that read it the better. Is there any reason why I would not want to include a note saying feel free to share this with your friends and list members so long as all content and links stays intact? I rarely see that so want to make sure I am not missing something.

In addition I do plan to include an affiliate link disclaimer stating that the links are affiliate links but I am curious if this is a requirement in an ebook? I will include it regardless.

    I have seen the feel free to share this but leave it intact note many times, so if that is what you want them to do then tell them. The thing is that many people are going to pass an ebook around to their friends anyway if it is any good, so why not take advantage of it when you can?
