Sig File Question on this new forum layout!

Hi Warriors,

My first post on this new forum had my sig file showing all the tags. I've looked and cannot find any details so I would like to ask:

Does the Sig file use BB code or do we now use standard HTML?

In the first few days I saw Sig lines with the code visible but it looks like things have settled down. All the sigs look good again. Was it a temporary thing?

Thanks,

Tom

When users were imported, all the [ and ] from the old forum were messed up and changed to < and >

Normal BBcode still applies, but URLs are formatted differently and should be like this:

      [ url = www.yoursite.com ] Test [ / url ] without spaces.

Previously, yoursite would have been within quotes.

      Kindest regards,
      Karl.

        Hi Guys,

Michael, my imported sig had HTML Tags and they all showed.

Karl, when I changed back to BB Code the tags disappeared but the link did not work .... until I did as you suggested. My imported sig seemed to have extra characters in it.

        Everything looks goo now!

        Thanks,

        Tom
