Domain KeyWord URL

I've just looked on Google Keywords tool and seen several search terms where there are not direct urls for my niche. ie kw1kw2.com

Does it have an effect on/for my domain if I buy the url and then just point it to my 'main' niche domain?

    I would have serious doubts. Having kw1kw2.com helps, but redirection may take the juice away. This is just my guess but without any real solid proof point.
