Utility price comparison niche too competitive ?
I have been looking to get in to the price comparison market in the UK, comparing broadband services and utilities like electricity and gas etc. However, I am finding this a very tough market to break into and not worth the effort in building a huge site with a lot of time needed.
There are a few big players, with big budgets dominating, the niche and taking all the top spots in google, i.e Moneysupermarket.com, GoCompare.com and Uswitch.com as well as other established sites.
Does anyone have an method which is successful in these niche, would try any specific tactics, or do you reckon this niche is not worth entering because the competition is too tough?
