What kind of interests, skills, and expertise do you have? Can you write?

Head over to the WSO forum and look for a guide from one of those IMers. Some sell really cheap, and just like this thread people can post reviews and questions about the product. So you can decide which one is the best for you...I came across one that was called "3300 a month for a newbie" or something like that...good one.

That's probably what most newbies want and never really find, because there are just way too many scam roadmaps out there and way too many legitimate methods of making money online.

You'll need to study those legitimate methods and decide for yourself what you want to do and make your own blueprint.

You will go broke buying these "roadmaps". If you need ebooks to guide you along, join the War Room and get them for free instead of going from one "secret method" to the next in the WSO forum.

The forum itself also has a lot of free information that will help you decide what it is you would like to do. Make money online is too broad of a goal. You need to narrow that down to how you want to accomplish that. Do you want to promote affiliate offers, CPA offers, PPC, site flipping, offering services .... There are many ways to make money online.

I've realized this...AND IF YOU DON'T LISTEN TO THIS AND KEEP LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HOLD YOUR HAND YOU WILL NOT SUCCEED WITH IM.

YOU have all the knowledge you need to become a millionaire online. I'm sure you know about SEO, about making content people will enjoy and find useful, about article marketing, about social media marketing, about forum marketing, about comment posting, about backlink building...etc

YOU probably already know all of these things...The difference between the ones who succeed and the ones who don't is this.

Some of us take everything we've learned and JUST DO IT.
One step at a time...
learn article marketing and use that to promote your site.
Learn SEO and impliment it...
Learn about quality content and provide it
Learn link building and impliment it

And some of us learn all this...and believe that there must be an easier way...These are the people who fail.

Take action with EVERY SINGLE THING YOU LEARN.

Don't think about it, just do it.

I've found this one thing to be successful...BUILD A GREAT QUALITY WEBSITE PEOPLE LOVE TO VISIT AND WILL TELL THEIR FRIENDS ABOUT...DONT SELL ANYTHING JUST MAKE A WEBSITE THAT YOU KNOW WILL BE USEFUL TO PEOPLE AND PROMOTE THAT.

THEN START SELLING

either way JUST DO IT, impliment everything you already know instead of looking for the next best way...which I myself been doing.

Good advice here. You need to do something and experiment. The thing that helped me the most was Ed Dale's 30 Day Challenge and it's free. I think it's going away next month so you should download all the videos if you want to give it a try. I'm not saying you are going to get rich, but if you follow all the steps you should make a little money, but the key is that it really gets you thinking and you start coming up with many more ideas to try on your own.

The important thing though is to do something and not just read about it all day long. I had that problem in the beginning as well.

The key is FOCUS. Focus on doing just one thing long enough to get good at it. I was all over the place for years looking for a road map to success. I wanted to make the big money that everyone was talking about. None of those, so called, road maps worked. I didn't make any money until I focused on one way to drive traffic to one website with one offer on it.

The traffic method was article marketing. Since you can write it seems that it would be a pretty good place for you to start.

From what I've seen, most people including me have to spend thousands of dollars buying "get rich quick" stuff and failing before developing the proper mindset so they can focus. I think it's just a part of the learning process.

the problem newbies have is that there are so many different methods....often people ask...how do I make money online????

And expect an answer that you HAVE to do this 1 method.. when in fact it's not like that.

There are many different things you can do to make money online, from building a list...blogs....affiliate products.....your own products.....offering your services.

I suggest that you master one method, and stick at it :-)

As has been recommended further up this post, find a guide (hopefully a good one) and use it until it works, don't just jump onboard the hype of "the next big make 1 million a day product" for example!

So yeah, pick a method you feel comfortable, stick with it, and learn EVERYTHING you possibly can :-)

Best thing is... you must look for people or a knowledgeable person you can trust, befriend them ask advice from them. You will know if they have the best interest in you...these people will help you without expecting anything in return. They believe that there is more happiness in giving than in receiving. Give more and you're not aware it returns to you....more
