Useful Tools for Internet Marketers - What *exactly* do you use and need?

I'm just going to cut to the chase here. Not wasting any time. Just cutting. To the chase. Let's do it.
We (meaning my team and I) are in the final stages of another project that should (scratch that, will) be really great for all internet marketers and webmasters out there. But - honestly said - we need your help to determine exactly what you need, so that we can deliver just that.
This is in no way a promo for any product - hell, I won't even tell you the name or the URL of our new service. I would just like to receive your feedback, your invaluable ideas and make sure that we deliver exactly what you need & want to use & love.
We decided to develop a set of insanely useful online tools that we (as internet marketers) use all the time, and we would like to offer them to Warriors and the rest of the IM community. These are some of the features we are working on right now:
1. Exchange Link Checker
If you exchanged links with someone, or paid them to link to your website, you need to make sure that they *in fact* link to your website. This tool will search your linking partner's website for links to your own website 4 times a day (at random times, so your partners can't cheat) and let you know if it can't find your links.
You can specify things like »must be a DoFollow link«, »sitewide« / »one page only« link, »check for this link until some date in the future« ... What else would you need? What else do you want? Just name it, and we'll do our best.
2. Uptime Checker
This tool will monitor your website and notify you by email if anything goes wrong. This way you won't lose maybe 1000s of dollars of revenue because your site stopped working. It can recognize 30+ different errors and suggest a solution for each of them. What else could come in handy? You be the judge.
3. Anonymous Google Search
We all know how annoying it can be if you think that you are on the first page of Google search results for your primary keyword, and then you use someone else's laptop and you figure out that you can't even find your website. That's because Google will personalize your results based on a whole bunch of things. However, you can use this tool to get the real search results.
4. Search Engine Rank Checker
You will be able to track numerous websites for numerous keywords in Google, Yahoo, Bing, ... and you will be able to check your progress with the help of some beautiful graphs. You can specify your competitors and our reports will tell you the trends - will you beat them, or are they doing better than you?! Is there anything else that you need, and could be included here?
5. SEO Assistant
This tool will analyze your website, both in terms of on-site and off-site SEO. It will give you a thorough report, including website details, data about backlinks and latest trends, ideas about potential great keywords (including estimated monthly traffic you could get with the use of these keywords), social networking advice, and a list of professonial SEO suggestions about your on-site and off-site SEO, based on the thorough analysis of your website. I could really use your help here - what else do you want? Help us help you.
6. Competition Analyzer
The Competition Analyzer is somewhat similar to the SEO Assistant, only it will analyze websites of your competitors. It will tell you where you competitors got their backlinks from and the anchor text of those links. You'll discover their main sources of traffic, main keywords, on-site SEO flaws, their use of social networking, CPC / traffic analysis of their main keywords, and a bunch of other ideas that will help you beat them. What else have you always wanted to know about your competitors? It's important to realize that if you do everything they do, and you add a little something extra, you will 100% beat them.
This is pretty much it. I'm sure you got some great ideas about how some of these tools could be improved, and I will be really grateful if you simply tell us what you want.
I'm sure that all experienced Warriors here know that the single most important thing in business (at least in good business) is giving people exactly what they want. We are really devoted to that philosophy, and we would love to create a perfect tool for marketers. So, help us. Please.
