Clickbank direct deposit problem?

I've been having Clickbank make direct deposits for a few months or so now, and today I've just been sent loads of emails saying

"This notification is to inform you that your direct deposit for your [snip]
account failed...."

I've received one for every clickbank account I have.

Now I'm wondering, is this just me? Or Clickbank? Or my bank?

In these economically turbulent times, I'm just not sure...

Anybody else got this email?

    I got my deposits this morning as scheduled. So I don't think it's Clickbank. Is your bank out of the United States?

    Same problem with me; Canadian bank, but the deposit was made. Sent an e-mail off; I'm sure they'll sort it out soon enough. Good to know it's not just me though! :-)

      Same problem here. I had to go in and add my bank details to all my accounts all over again.

      Same thing happened to me, I was already angry but when I checked my canadian bank account
      it was right there

    Yes I've got this email too and I'm in the UK. I've checked the bank and there is no deposit so it's back to the 6-10 weeks + $20 charges routine. I've been using direct deposit for aboout 2 months now with no problem. I'm with Abbey Business if that's got anything to do with it.

    This happened to me aswell, but the payment came in just fine.

    Hoping Clickbank will address this matter soon.

    It looks like everyone outside of the US is getting the email and the note in their account. Some of the people getting the email are recieving the funds into their accounts and some are not.

    Has anyone in the UK had any deposits into their account today?

        An announcement from ClickBank


        On 2008-10-15, ClickBank experienced a communication problem with our merchant bank,
        resulting in some direct deposit-enabled clients receiving emails stating their deposit
        failed and having their accounts changed to "Pay by Check." In most or all cases, the
        deposit did actually go through. Please check with your bank to see if your deposit was
        received. We are working to find and correct the source of this error, and will give
        further details as soon as we have a resolution.

    Hey guys,

    They got me too, and the money definitely didn't go in.

    Boy am I glad to have found this thread...I've been on the phone with my bank on and off all afternoon trying to get to the bottom of this. They screw up pretty often so naturally I blamed them straight off the bat lol.

    Let's hope this gets cleared up soon.

    Anyone know if they are actually paying out cheques or if they're just going to remedy it with some fresh direct deposits. I for one don't much fancy waiting almost a month to get money that would have been mine in 3 days lol.

      No deposit for me yet either but I'm wondering if there is a delay in the UK banking transfers. They can take an inexplicably long time sometimes.

        However, payments were successfully sent.

        ClickBank will reset affected accounts to "Pay by ACH" (direct deposit) and will remove
        the warning flag.

        We have found the source of this communication error and corrected the issue. We apologize
        for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused. If you have any questions or
        concerns, please contact our Customer Service team.

    Yes I just got the same email from clickbank, this time telling me the money has actually been put into the bank, and assuring me that everything is back to normal now.

    I guess the deposits won't show up in our banks just yet, or have I really been stitched up? lol
