question about niche blog...

hi,

i plan on creating a niche blog with about 50-100 blog posts...

after that, i don't plan on doing anymore blog posts...

i am outsourcing this so should i post all those posts in ONE day...

OR

is it better to post those 50-100 posts spread apart by every day, every 3 days....what's best number in terms of seo?

i ask because if all posts are in one day (or one month), then there is only ONE MONTH of blog posts...

if spread apart, then there are many months...making blog look more consistent...but the bad thing is that it will take a LONG TIME for all 50 posts to be posted...

what do you suggest?

thanks
BJ

BJ, you got it right... so why ask? LOL... Spreading out your posts will give you more substance for a while longer. And gives you better chances at the blog doing well in SERPS because of the quality content I assume you'll be adding as a result of these articles.

Sure it might take a log time, but if you are hopping to make something of that blog then the effort is well worth it. If you are not hoping to get anything out of that blog, then WHY BOTHER? Use the articles as another SEO technique and you're done!!!

    That is just my opinion!!!

I'd post a handful to start - maybe 10-15 to get things rolling - and then spread the rest out with about 1-3 days between posts. Best of both worlds

I second this recommendation. And I totally understand how you feel. You want your blog to be "meaty" as soon as you can.

I'd post about 15 posts at once, and then have the other posts autmatically post one every 2-3 days. The constant updating should definitely help Google find you (and find you again, and so forth).

I second all of whats said. Definitely spread it out over Months. This will appease the SE Spiders and will provide a appropriate pace for you to get ranked high in the SERPs over time !!

Remmeber unlike humans getting old, with IM getting old is a total advantage with Websites and Blogs !!

You can do it all at once, but just make sure that you set the dates to future post. That way posts will automatically publish themselves at the time you set for each. It's easy to do in just about any blogging platform, i.e. WordPress, Blogger.com, etc.

Here's the deal, whether you post 15 at once, 1 a day, or all at once. The issue here is traffic and I'm gonna assume you want SE traffic. Your articles must target a keyword each because if you're not, you'll probably display in the SE but for not the targeted term which = targeted visitors.

Backlink is what will get you visitors as it will increase your SERPS. If you've added you ping list, Google will come back to you all the time when a new article comes up. If you show up in the SE for any odd query and a visitor clicks, Google will still come back...but your main task is backlinking. Why not use the article, spin them and get backlinks from web2.0 sites and article directories.
