Free Article to Blogs Submission Sites

I am sure that a lot of you already know these sites but maybe there are some who still dont know it:
www.freetrafficsystem.com
here you have to write one unique article and spin it so that other webmasters accept your articles. you get 2 (or 3?) contextual backlinks within your article. the posts are limited to 30 blogs.
www.articleranks.com
This site works the same way but here you have to pay a little bit if you dont have a blog with at least PR1 to include in their network and accept incoming articles (where backlinks are built in).
You get unique (not 100%) articles and credits which you can use to post articles yourself in order to get backlinks for your sites. You can also put a PR0 blog in there but you wont get any credits but nonetheless unique articles.
If you dont have a PR1 blog to add there you can talk to me, I have a lot of credits left.
