Need help finding a blogging software program that will build blogs for me automaticly

I have been searching for a software package that will build blogs for me automaticly, but have not found what I want, while surfing the web and google and Bing and Yahoo I came across a post in a forum with the following post.

I pm the poster asking for the name of the software and he would not give it to me. Why I do not know or care, I just now belive it is out their and need help find the software.

"I have personally used one of these tools. The example given is possible but extreme.

I just started using it and here's how it works:

- you enter keywords or keyphrases you want your site to rank in.

- if you type in 5 keywords, it will create 5 blogs.

- it will then link the blogs to each other in its' blog roll.

- you can create groups of blogs for each site or subject you want linked.

- it will ping rss feeds and will get entries that relate to your keywords.

- it will generate posts in the blogs (different post for different keywords) and it is SEO
optimized

- in random posts, it can add your link. this means that sometimes your link will be added, but not always.

- it also has a rule system where it can substitute words with synonyms.

- it can jumble words or sentences to prevent detection of duplicate content.

so far, I have generated around 40 blogs in 3 groups. Since starting it 2 weeks ago, around 7 of the blogs are now indexed by google.

Its too early to tell how well (or how poor) it will work, but it looks like it does a good job of simulating how bloggers behave. BTW, it also has a list of themes that it randomly chooses from for the blogs."
