What should I expect to get for a website?

I have a website but I'm not sure if I want to sell it, however I probably should since times are tough.

This website ranks for many terms.

It's main term has 18,100 exact global search volume. 5 word long tail.

Gets a few hundred or more visitors per month, heavily increasing with new SE rankings.

Ranking high for many decent search terms.

It's well SEO'ed with almost a hundred backlinks...not many but they do their job for sure. A bunch of articles written for it. Wiki links etc.

I've only made $15 this month, but I have absolutely terrible copywriting and pre selling skills. I recently put adsense on the website which I'm sure will compensate.

I was thinking about hiring a writer or outsourcing some copy to increase my CR. But since I don't have the money to do so, I really need cash now so I'm interested in knowing how much I could get for it.

This website is in the skateboarding niche.

I've never sold a website before. But this should be my first as my vehicles getting towed away soon and I need to buy a truck!

Somebody could surely turn this website into a money pit. But unfortunately I need to dump it for someone else to monetize.
