How Many Of You Use OCI As A Top Factor In KW Research?

How many of you use online commercial intent when purchasing domains? Prior to being knowledgeable about this, I was buying "how to . . . " domains and making sales, and I still do, but according to the OCI indicators, such domains have low commercial intent.

Have any of you actively tested high commercial intent domains/sites against low commerical intent domains/sites, and if so, is there a noticeable difference in revenue? In other words, does OCI tend to be as important as most people make it out to be, or can you turn an info seeker into a buyer?

Would love to hear what people think.
