Google's new keyword tool, some additional informatiion.

I posted a thread on the new Google keyword tool a few days ago, and I read one from another member. Many of us seem to be unsatisfied with the new tool. I got an email today from Traffic Travis on this new update. The link I got was a blog post with some information and instruction on how the new update works. I found it pretty informative, and I am less opposed to using the new version as I was. I think I still prefer the older version, but maybe I will use the new one a bit and who knows, I might get to like it.

Anyway, the purpose of this post is to share the link I got so you can also read that post that I thought was useful. Hope that you find it useful too.

Saw that too and like you I read it and now feel a bit happier about the new version although would still prefer the old style of giving me related terms to my actual keyword first rather than all mixed in.

I am sure it will grow on me in time!!

I pretty much agree with you. I don't see the point of giving me all the other nich words. But now I learned how to eliminate that. But, I hope that they keep the old version available so we can make the choice.

Well so far, I click on the link to the previous version if the new one comes up. Often when I go to the tool, the old one comes up. It might be programmed to remember which one I use. After using the new one for a couple of times, I quickly went back to the old one. The link is in the upper right corner if you can't find it.

Glad folks could get something out of this post.
