Hello warriors,

I just want to ask help because I do not know what happened.

It is usually easy for me to create subdomains on my cpanel and recently I am also creating wordpress via fantastico. I can usually access my domains and wordpress in my FTP commander...

Now for the 1st time I am encountering problems that anything I created on my cpanel (wordpress or subdomains) are encountering error that the links are not found. When I checked my FTP commander, I am surprised that the new subdomains and wordpress I created are not added on my FTP commander which is the reason why the links are broken..

I need help why my cpanel and FTP commander seems not connected with each other? Before everything I created is automatically added on my FTP commander ..Please I need help..

Thanks
Raquel

Your host or internet connection may be having problems.

A fantastco WP install will be visible in FTPCommander (which
I use sometimes so I'm familiar with it).

Access to WP files will be via your main domain's cpanel
login and password. It should be port 21 normally.

Sometimes this stuff doesn't work right. Try again later
    before panicking about it.

Thanks Loren for the reply.. Yes you are right I am in panic..
I do not know if I did something wrong..

Before it happened... I have a WP installed in the root directory of my domain which is working fine but I decided to delete it through my cpanel fantastico..
I am wondering why the link is still live when I already deleted it....i checked my FTP commander and the WP I deleted is still there. Although I'm wondering why it is not deleted on my FTP, I just delete the WP manually on my FTP..Then I went back to fantastico to install a new WP..that's when I experienced broken links error and everything I created in my cpanel is no longer visible in my FTP commander.. I am wondering if this is just a WP problem so I tried creating a subdomain on my cpanel but it is not also visible on my FTP commander...

I checked my FTP commander, its port 21.

thanks for your time and reply

I already tried Filezilla last night and tried it again now after reading this reply...Still the same ,firefox says "Oops! This link appears to be broken." and the link i just created is not in filezilla. I checked my setting at Filezilla and FTP commander.. there nothing much in there only the host, username, password and port. I wonder what seems to be wrong? there is nothing much to tweak on the setting or nothing was changed...

      thanks..
