Capture lost 404 page traffic
Create a custom error page in word or front page, you can call it "notfound", save it as "html" and upload to your public web root.
Add this line at the bottom of your htaccess file:
ErrorDocument 404 /notfound.html.
Custom error pages capture traffic that would otherwise be lost.
