Need Help With Youtube Profile

Hi Guys,

I just made my first Youtube video and posted it. Something strange is happening that I thought one of you guys would be able to help me with:

The space to the right of the video is completely blank - no other video thumbnails or anything. Here's the link to the vid:


It must be a setting or something, I guess. But I just cant' find it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Also, I really like how the following video looks on Youtube - with the image instead of text for the name of the owner on the top. Any Idea how to do that?

    1. Be glad there is nothing to the side of your vid. that means there is less competition and no one is going to have options to click away from your video.

    2. The text at the top is done through the video editing software. Grab you a software for $50 and you can do the same. you may actually be able to do it with Windows Movie Maker. Im not sure though.
