Does anyone know of a good looking portal template? I am looking to tap into a specialized local market by creating a portal targeting the hundreds of small businesses that are involved in it; but all the portal templates and systems I have seen look really tacky and/or are very expensive. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good, professional looking template or system.

    Monstertemplate is very good, thats where I always get ideas from for my sites. Thei rtemplates are also very inexpensive, provided you dont claim the exclusive rights for future purchases.
