It was from a guy who signed up over 3 weeks ago and he saw value from Mike Dillards Magnetic sponsoring course and Building on a Budget... Naturally, through my affiliate link ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm psyched this can now be done... Any advice for multiplying What I've done ??? 1 sale out of 40 subscribers... |

Congratulations Glen, making that first sale make you feel great, doesn't it? But Glen, I'm confused. Are you the same Glen in the video on your site http://www.money-legends.com that claims to be making $20,000 per month? If you are, then can you see the irony? And what's more, will you understand the accusations that will be levelled at you for being somewhat of a fraud? I hope you can clarify the situation, because at the moment it's not making much sense to me. Peter |

Congrats Glen!! that's AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I still remember my first sale... it was for an amazon product. Still today don't remember where i put that link... was just playing around and didn't have the slightest idea of what I was doing. It was so much FUN!!!!!!!!!!!! How to repeat it? did you find a winner product? then go all the way for it... If not... find another one that worth it and go for it. A small note about the IM niche... an affiliate in this niche doesn't have an easy life, especially if the product is in clickbank. You might want to add value to the product somehow to make sure that they are going to buy through your link and not through theirs. I like to do case studies over the product to promote and offer it as bonus if they buy through my affiliate link. It is a lot of work... but, well... Ohhh Peter... nice catch... poor boy... let's say he is not a liar... just has a huge imagination? lol RDG |

Thing is, you run afoul of the truth in advertising rules. That can get you in a lot of hot water. You need an airtight disclaimer for this one. Maybe you should say you are an actor and these are not actual results? ![]() TomG. |

Whoah Whoah, I don't want to be seen as a fraud, I think theres some slight misunderstanding and I didn't clarify. I have afew businesses.. I'm a member of the Ohana Secret Playground, MLM Goldmine.. I initially started off with Ty Coughlin and the old Reverse Funnel System and I've been working in Web systems for a while. I went to the WIS and hooked up with Matt Basak and he gave me some killer ideas about continuity programs, I have afew of them around that I have done for others i.e. the betting tips newletter on Cashrulez.com and I have made $20,000 consecutively for afew months off this but it usually hovers around $12,000 of solid subscribers... This is a JV Money-Legends is my first proper go at setting up a business This is my first sale in my own business.... One that I started from conception up until the sale... The true art form which is building a business :-) Hope this clears up some confusion :-) |

I've never done it (even when a newbie) nor will I ever falsely advertise but I can see where some newbies get caught up in this sort of thing. They have the false idea that by claiming to be making thousands per month that they will make more sales. Might actually help in the short term but certainly not worth the price in terms of honesty, reputation, conscience, and long-term business. |

I agree Darrell... The marketplace is riddled with this sort of thing... The problem is that people are gonna look and say should I go with this guy who makes $10k a year or the guy who makes $100k ?? I know its not purely based on this... It's just amazing to see something grow from nothing into something worth telling people about |

I've found such solice in being able to run a business on my own... I can make my own changes, track my own strategies..be my own boss.. with the knowledge and experience of JV'ing a profitable business... It's pretty liberating to be able build up your business with something you love and have passion about... which, can be pretty rare when working with someone else. Do you reckon starting up a business on your own and shaping the business the way you want it to go and then getting some JV's involved is more relishing than starting as a group to begin with where many hands make light and potentially successful work ? In my honest opinion, I think the first is turning out to be the more rewarding for me... Even though the money is less :-) |

OK Glen, Maybe you should've anticipated the remarks, but the irony still remains. Here you are promoting a product that shows people, and I quote: Quote:

and yet you're still asking how you can grow your 40 'strong' list and improve on your one sale. Maybe act on the product you're selling first, prove it's worth to yourself, and return when you've gained a wee bit more understanding. Peter | ||

Why haven't you converted these thousands of people that email you every day onto your new list?
