Can I make money with this?

I have never done website or domain flipping but have been reading up on this lately and am thinking about playing around with this.

Here is my plan, could you please let me know what you all think of this:

I use Market Samurai to search niche keywords that have low competition and pretty high searches.

Plug these keywords into go-daddy bulk domain search and buy up some good domains with the full keyword in. (only .coms)

Make this a wordpress blog, and rewrite plr articles on this keywords and drip feed it to this blog. (about 20 articles)

Monotize it with adsense or clickbank products or amazon after it has been indexed. (few weeks?)

Then flip it for a few hundred bucks.

(I will post screenshots of the amount of searches the term gets at google's keywords search tool)

And this is my basic outline.

Could this work?

I will take a guess that it will be more work then what you can flip it for. That sounds like a good strategy, but why dont you have a outsource team market the websites and keep them

  • Hi, your plan is good, but I will make some modify.
I learned Blog Flipping on my own, and I built a video course.

I suggest to do that :

    • Register only 1 domain (.com,.org or .net but nothing other) with a good keyword that doesn't have a domain.
For example, my latest blog was "familymoneysavings.com" and it placed 3rd on 89 million of results for the keyword "family money savings".
    • Install Wordpress and select the most useful plugins.
    • Adjust the "Writing" settings adding the Ping services on latest box
    • Change the Permalinks
    • Install Statpress Reloaded, so you will have good screenshots for your auction
    • And now start with posting articles and a few backlinks (starting from low values and growing up).
    • Each article needs to be keyword targeted.
    • Finally, add your advertising sources !

      * For the posts I always use outsourcing, about $2.50 for 500 words post (it's a good Filipino).
These are only simple tips that any good blogger will use, but it's only the "cream on top" of blog flipping
If you have any question, please "PM" me.

      Hey,

I'll just throw in my little idea that can give you a huge advantage
      at sites like Flippa.
Have a freebie report created,set-up an opt-in form and build a list
for your niche site. Not so many site-flippers out there give an effort to doing this.Takes a bit of time, but even a list of 100-200 subscribers will make you
look more authoritative and will justify a decent price bump.

      My two cents.

All good advice but it is a fair amount of work. Build it on a popular niche and it should not be too hard to sell. If you are going to create a list with in, a word of advice when you create an opt-in make sure you do not have the words there or something similar "we do not sell your information".

      I agree all good advise.

This will be some work and if you chose some good niche domain then you might find that your work will pay off in the site alone.
Just use your hard work as another adsense or clickbank site and keep moving.

Why flip it for a few hundred when it could make you more just having it.

IMO if it has value for sale then it probably will have more value to keep.
After all, once you do this work the upkeep and cost of holding it are negligible

  • Yes, I know is a time consuming job, but you can do all, except articles, in just one hour.
Then automate the post of each article to 1,2 or 3 days.

A blog like this can be sold for a minimum of $400.
    I made it.

    Thanks and goodbye,

Would it be nessasary to have all unique blog posts, or would I be able to use some PLR articles as posts? How good is the chances of an .org or .net exact keyword domain name to get to number 1 on Google?

Thanks for all the valuable input.
