  There WAS a program called Google Resurrection a few years back. It was withdrawn after a short time because of one of the worst launches - and equally bad customer service - to be seen for a new product. The pity of it was that the product proposed and underlying concept were quite good and it could have been successful if the promoters were more customer-oriented.
