EZA Resource Box Link to Inner Page?

I have always used the resource box to link to my site's home page. Will EZA allow a link to an inner page (IE: on site article).

Yes, they allow this. I do it most of the time.

I believe you must link to the front page of a site, not the inner pages. Unless something has changed, that was what I have always been told and all that I've seen at EZA.

You may be confused by the rule about redirecting. That happened to me too at first. When you redirect, you have to use a top-level domain. But linking in your resource box with anchor text, you can link to any page on your site that you want to.

I've always done it, too. If you couldn't do that, Ezine Articles would never be the top directory. My links are href= etc so the link is the keyword, as oppose to www.etc

Cool, thanks for the feedback. With all of the articles I have written I have never tired to link to inner pages of my sites ... LOL.

Yeap you can link to either your home page or internal pages. Often times your internal pages are a lot more relevant and specific than the content you could have on your home page so deeplinking is the way to go.

I often mix them up, one to the home page and another one to a relevant article/section within my site.

    Hi,

Most article directories will allow you to link to an internal page on your site. I would caution you though to consider what will happen if you redesign the site, remove the page or start a new site. I have a client going through that and it is a pain.
