Default How much does a Top Level Domain cost?

I've never bought a top level domain, where do you go and get them? Do you pay each time you buy a domain or do you buy by packages. Just need an estimate...

If anyone knows, please?

Thank you.

I'm a starter, but I am willing to try everything I can to be a successful internet marketer and chase my dreams. If you can answer any of my questions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

You can buy domains at lots of places. A couple of the good ones are Godaddy.com and Namecheap.com. I've used Godaddy for years for my domains, and never once had a problem. I've also heard from others that NameCheap is good.

Top level domains are like .com, .net, .org, etc. It is the main name you use at your hosting account.

At Godaddy, a .com name costs just over $10 for a year. You pay once a year to renew it, or you can pay for several years up front. They also have options you can buy if you want to, such as Privacy, where your registering info is Private and no one can see it.

If you buy domain names at GoDaddy or some other places, go to Domain Search - BustAName (not aff link). When you buy through this site, you get a .com domain name for $6.95 plus VAT.

You can save around $3 on every .com domain.

Top Level Domain is the last part of domain name, such as .com. Not sure if they can be bought, the cost would probably be very high.

Perhaps you meant the Second Level Domain (domainname.com/net/...).

LOL... You can get .com's EASILY from namecheap for just $9. That is of course if they are not registered. And second level domain names are free.
