I recently put in a refund for a product on the 13th of April and still haven't received the money.

It shows that the product was refunded on the clickbank site but no credit to my account.

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to post the credit?

Not sure, but it may be worth emailing or getting in touch with Clickbank themselves!

Ideally, it SHOULD be, by convention, NOT clickbank, refunded within the statement that ends no earlier than 3 days after the refund is granted. APPARENTLY, by convention, a DEBIT card credit may not show up until the statement that ends no earlier than 33 days after the refund is granted.

SO, if your statement ends on the 25th, and your credit was granted after the 22nd, don't expect it to show up. It MIGHT, but it is unlikely.

AGAIN though, these are just GENERAL merchant account guidelines, Clickbank might be different. The span might be GREATER than 3 and 33! The 30 days added to debit cards is apparently some garbage that happens with banks!

Call your bank, and find out what is going on. It should have been credited back to you a long time ago.

Regardless of how you paid, the credit should have been posted by now. I would suggest contacting ClickBank as well as your bank &/or PayPal, and inquire about it. You can google clickbank for their phone number and get assistance faster that way. Don't worry, clickbank is solid and will do the right thing.

I paid via paypal to clickbank and have been checking my paypal account and bank account online, so there is no 33 day delay. Unless the 33 day delay is within clickbank itself.

If they sent it to my bank directly it would be there and the same for paypal.

Yes I guess I will give clickbank a call immediately in the A.M.

    Thanks guys for your replies.
