Oh, I intend to use 4 plugins for each blog (which i want duplicated)

so, can i just Copy and paste these 4 plugins in my Wordpress Desktop folder + The same with the template, just copy and past it to the deskop,,

then just Transfer this big file, with a FTP?

is that an alternative way to do it ?

I am always perplexed when people ask whether they can have their plugins and themes on their OWN computer...

Hello! That's the normal way to do it: Yes, you keep the backup copies of your themes and plugins on your own computer.

As for the uploading: do yourself a favour and check the names of the WP folders on your server! There is NO "desktop" folder. At least learn the basics about the tool you are using if you want to make zillion blogs. (Or outsource it to pros.)

The online WP documentation. called Codex is a good place to start reading.

    /wp-content/plugins/
    /wp-content/themes/

are the correct places for themes and plugins

As for your question: you can place the themes and plugins onto your WP package and upload it to all your future blogs like that. However, you will have to activate the plugins and the theme for each blog... unless you modify the MySQL setup file and include their activation in the default install.
